AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The Texas Education Agency (TEA) released the state’s 2026 accountability ratings on Friday, assigning performance grades to public school districts across the Texas Panhandle.
Published on txschools.gov, the A–F grades evaluate public schools across the state largely on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, or STAAR.
