The Durham Police Department is investigating after a man was found fatally shot on Lane Street on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded just after 3:30 p.m. to a report of a man found shot in the 2500 block of Lane Street, which is south of the Durham Freeway between Fayetteville Street and Shepard Magnet Middle School.
The man’s name has not been released, and police have released no other information, such as a possible motive or any suspect or suspects.
