LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – UPDATE: LG&E and KU released an update on customers experiencing power outages after Sunday’s overnight storms.
The utility company says about 50,000 customers were affected by severe weather, with the majority of outages being in Lexington and Louisville. Resources from other areas are coming in to help, according to LG&E and KU.
