Syracuse, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency has approved a smaller tax break package for a proposed hotel in Clay after town officials opposed tax exemptions for the project.
The agency voted 6-0 after no discussion Thursday to grant $1.4 million in tax breaks to Clay Hospitality LLC for the proposed 103-room extended-stay Home2 Suites by Hilton near Wegmans on Route 31.
