MOORE, Okla. — The City of Moore has hired a Tulsa law firm to conduct the independent investigation into its Animal Welfare & Adoption Center that city council unanimously approved earlier this month.
City officials tell FOX 25 that The Childs Law Firm, PLLC has been hired to conduct the review.
