Today: Monday will be overall less severe and dry than what we saw over the weekend. However, we are still tracking the chance for showers and thunderstorms at time. After 5 pm Colorado Springs could get a small shower and eastern El Paso County could get hit with a small thunderstorm. The Aspen Acres burn scar should stay mostly dry but could see some light rainfall.
High temperatures for Colorado Springs will be in the mid-80s. Pueblo is hitting the low 90s and staying in the 90s for the rest of the week.
Tomorrow: Tuesday brings some of the warmest weather of the week. Colorado Springs could reach the low 90s with Pueblo hitting 98 and La Junta and Lamar hitting triple digits…
