HYBLA VALLEY, Va. (DC News Now) — Fairfax County detectives quickly identified and arrested a man accused of stabbing another man in Hybla Valley over the weekend.
Officers with the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to the 7800 block of Richmond Highway just before 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15, for a reported stabbing.
Officers found a 41-year-old man who had been stabbed in his upper body. Responders transported him to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was still hospitalized as of Monday afternoon.

FCPD said that the victim and the suspect got into an argument before the stabbing took place.
