Miami police arrested three men who are accused of shooting a scooter rider with pellet guns from a Mercedes-Benz SUV as they drove through Brickell early Monday morning.
The man was riding a standup electric scooter north on Brickell Avenue near Southeast Seventh Street when the Mercedes pulled up to him, and the passengers began peppering him with pellets, according to a Miami police arrest report.
The man was knocked off his scooter, and one of the pellets nearly hit his left eye, police said. He tried getting back on his scooter and noticed the car turn around, and the passengers shooting at him again, according to the report…
