The man charged with fatally shooting another man outside of a south Toledo bar earlier this month pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder and other charges at his arraignment in Lucas County Common Pleas Court Monday.
Victor Davis, 41, filed the plea in response to charges he faces for allegedly killing Devan Calbert, 32, outside the Recovery Room bar on Airport Highway overnight on Aug. 1.
Judge Dean Mandros scheduled Davis to go trial on the charges on Sept. 28 and set his bond at $1.1 million with no 10%. He also ordered Davis be placed on electronic monitoring if he posts bond and denied a request from him to modify his bond…
