PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A 44-year-old man was arrested Saturday evening following a vehicle pursuit resulting in a crash and a Virginia State Police trooper being injured.
The trooper attempted to stop a vehicle for fictitious registration near Elm Avenue in Portsmouth at approximately 7:35 p.m., according to a preliminary investigation.
