SHREVEPORT, La. — Shreveport police detectives have arrested a suspect in connection with the July 10 shooting at Mall St. Vincent.
Police believe Trevell Tyler, 19, is responsible for the incident after reviewing surveillance footage, gathering evidence and following leads, including information from a shooting victim who arrived at a hospital in Minden.
