PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man is dead and another is hurt after being hit by a freight train in North Portland on Monday night.
Portland Police responded to reports of two men who were hit by a BNSF train just before 9 p.m. at N Willamette Blvd near the St. John’s Water Tower.
Officers found one man who had died at the scene, while the other man was taken to the hospital and expected to survive…
