CLEVELAND (WJW) — Floun’say R. Caver, the deputy general manager of operations for Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, who was reported missing on Tuesday, Aug. 18, has been found dead in Virginia, police confirmed.
Caver, 50, was last seen on Monday, Aug. 17, in Hampton, Virginia, according to a missing person notice from Hampton police.
