EASTPOINTE, Mich. — The Eastpointe City Council reviewed finalized plans for the Phase 3 reconstruction of Nine Mile Road, sparking concerns from a local business owner over proposed parking reductions.
The presentation came during the regular city council meeting Tuesday, Aug. 11, at City Hall. The project, which spans from Kelly Road to Interstate 94, aims to improve safety but will reduce parking in front of a long-standing local hardware store.
