Heatherdowns Country Club is officially on the market, with a price tag of over two million dollars for the south Toledo golf course.
Owner Anthony Garzony announced the sale Monday, stating he has owned the club for more than three years and invested more than $350,000 into improvements. He said the decision to sell is based on two factors: Garzony’s original plan was to own and improve the club for three to four years, and, at 66 years old, he’s ready to simplify his life.
