(WJW) — A crash on I-480 Eastbound caused major delays in the Wednesday morning commute.
At about 7:30 a.m., the Ohio Department of Transportation reported all I-480 East Express lanes were closed beyond Brecksville Road. The lanes didn’t reopen until almost 9 a.m., according to ODOT.
