The pinging from a stolen iPad’s tracking feature helped lead its owner to a burglary and theft suspect in unincorporated Oak Grove earlier this month, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.
And a surveillance video image the victim gave to deputies helped them identify the suspect, especially because it showed he had a distinct tattoo above his right eyebrow.
