CLEVELAND (WJW) — A kayaker was rescued at Euclid Beach after falling into Lake Erie and becoming stranded Tuesday afternoon.
According to Cleveland Fire, crews responded to Euclid Beach on Aug. 18, for a water rescue.

The kayaker fell into the lake but was able to make it to rocks, the fire department said.
However, the kayaker soon became stranded on the rocks as waves crashed over the area.
Cleveland Fire sent out a rescue boat to reach the kayaker and brought her safely back to shore “through the crashing waves.”
