FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Matthew Moorby would have turned 33 on Wednesday, a birthday that comes 30 years after the 2-year-old was killed in Fresno, according to police.
For his family, Wednesday marks another birthday without Matthew, who was at the center of a case that unfolded in 1996.
