A former Kentucky judge has been publicly reprimanded by the state’s Judicial Conduct Commission for not disclosing a private relationship as a conflict of interest.
Brittany McKenna was a district judge for Kentucky’s 12th Judicial Circuit, consisting of Henry, Oldham, and Trimble counties.
