(FOX40.COM) — Stockton City Council District 5 candidate Desiree Renee Lynch was arrested Wednesday on multiple felony fraud charges, according to San Joaquin County jail records.
Lynch was booked into jail at 10:16 a.m. on felony charges including falsely filing a declaration of candidacy, voter registration violation and three perjury charges.
