EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/ CBS4) — A crash at the intersection of Artcraft Road East and Doniphan Drive is causing lane closures near the underpass, affecting traffic in both directions.
Officials reported the left eastbound lane on Artcraft East is closed. The right two northbound lanes on Doniphan North also are closed.
