KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Plans for a new Dillons store in the Northland just passed another hurdle.
The Kansas City Plan Commission approved the proposal to add a Dillons Grocery and C-Store with fuel pumps just north of 152 Highway. The location is currently an empty field across streets from both the Central Sporting Complex and Costco.
Original plans for the site included two retail buildings, two office buildings and five restaurants…
