If you are looking for an incredible way to escape the unbearable late-summer heat, he has just announced the return of his highly sought-after Omakase dinners.
Omakase is truly one of the best dining experiences you can have. Literally translating to “I’ll leave it up to you,” it allows you to sit back and let Chef Gabe curate every single bite. Turning your brain off, ignoring a traditional menu, and simply focusing on holding your chopsticks while incredible food lands in front of you is pure luxury.
I have previously driven three and a half hours all the way to Dallas just for the Omakase experience at Nobu, but trust me, there is zero reason to leave town for a five-star meal like this…
