Trustees also discuss upcoming levy requests
COVENTRY — The Coventry Township Board of Trustees approved an electrical upgrade and an additional concrete pad at Logan Field during the Aug. 13 meeting. The township has been making improvements at the field including the construction of a new field house.
Trustees approved a $5,134 purchase order with ANR Electric for the excavation of old conduit and running wire and reconnecting the existing scoreboard to the new building at Logan Field. Trustees said the electrical service to the existing scoreboard was cut when the old building was demolished.
Also approved was a purchase order for $21,600 to Excelled Construction for the installation of a 24-by-90 foot concrete pad at the Logan Field House. Trustees said this area is in front of the building and is currently gravel…
