WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — On Wednesday, the National Park Service (NPS) announced additional road closures for the Freedom 250 Grand Prix near the Lincoln Memorial, along the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and in Arlington.
NPS said the closures would take place intermittently between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 20.
Closures affected the Arlington Memorial Bridge, Memorial Circle, Memorial Avenue, the southwest portion of Lincoln Memorial Circle NW, and the entrance ramp from Arlington Memorial Bridge to Ohio Drive SW.
