MAYFIELD, Ohio — A librarian at the Mayfield branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library reported Aug. 15 that a man tore a cover off a fire alarm box when he was asked to leave the library due to looking at explicit and inappropriate material on one of their computers.
Responding officers found the man outside the library and sensed a mental health issue with him.
Paramedics arrived shortly after and the Ravenna man, 21, agreed to be taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation and was given a trespass warning from the library…
