HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A Huntsville woman is collecting supplies for her hometown of Gary, Indiana, now on day nine without power after severe storms and a tornado.
Ronni McMillan said she asked people back home what they needed most and was surprised by the response.
“They were asking for everything except for food. And so, they’re asking for things like batteries, they’re asking for things like, you know, battery operated lights, they’re asking for flashlights, they’re asking for ways they can keep food cold,” McMillan said…
