NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Part of East Little Creek Road will close for nearly two days for concrete curb work as part of the construction of the Norfolk segment of the Hampton Roads express lanes.
The Virginia Department of Transportation said its contractor crews are scheduled to put into place a continuous single-lane closure for about 44 hours on a section of East Little Creek Road at the Interstate 64 overpass.
The closure is scheduled to begin as early as 8 p.m. Thursday and continue until about 4 p.m. Saturday, with the contractor closing the eastbound right lane on East Little Creek Road between Waco Street and San Antonio Boulevard at the I-64 overpass.
