This week, Governor Kathy Hochul announced $6.2 million in state funding to support healthcare and community facilities in Brooklyn. More than $4 million will go to StartCare and $2 million will go to New York City Housing Authority’s Breukelen Houses Community Center.
“Strong communities depend on having quality healthcare and welcoming spaces where families can access the services and support they need,” Hochul said.
