Daughter seeks justice months after dad shot dead by woman in North Lauderdale Walmart parking lot

NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Nearly two months after a 62-year-old man was shot and killed following an argument over a parking spot outside a North Lauderdale Walmart, his family is still waiting for answers and says criminal charges should be filed.

Bart Diguglielmo, of Lauderhill, was shot in late June after an argument with another woman, according to deputies with the Broward Sheriff’s Office. They said the two were arguing over a parking space when Diguglielmo was shot in the stomach and fell to the ground.

Deputies said Diguglielmo was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries…
