FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Jamie Miller has lived on St. Joe Center Road for nearly 10 years and has been waiting for a sidewalk to be built along the road.
Miller said he watches people walk on the side of the road every day.
“I can sit at my kitchen window and actually watch, you know, I watched a mother pull a wagon through the field over there, raining,” Miller said.
“I’ve seen so many kids almost get hit on their e-bikes and their scooters. And it’s scary,” Miller said…
