Judge orders Nashville operative to stay away from Anti-Racing petition canvassers

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Davidson County judge has issued temporary orders of protection against a Nashville public-affairs operative accused of stalking and harassing petition canvassers working to ban auto racing at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.

Citizens Against Racetrack (CARE), a citizen group in Nashville, is gathering petition signatures aimed at adding affordable housing and prohibiting auto racing at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.
