MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – One person was cited for their first alleged operating while intoxicated offense after they flipped their car in Madison on Wednesday.
The Madison Police Department said Thursday that officers responded around 4:20 p.m. Wednesday to the area of South Stoughton Road and Milwaukee Street after receiving reports of a single car accident and someone lying on the ground.
