NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – On Aug. 20, the NOPD announced that they arrested 42-year-old Frederick Johnson in connection with the homicide of a missing man.
Alphonse Hogan Jr., 68, was reported missing on Aug. 3, and he was last seen at his residence in the 2000 block of Lapeyrouse Street, officials said.
