LOVES PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — More than 140 golfers gathered at Forest Hills Country Club on Thursday for the Parks Chamber of Commerce annual golf outing. The event serves as the non-profit organization’s largest fundraiser of the year.
The Parks Chamber of Commerce has held the outing for more than 30 years to support its operations and business advocacy. Thursday’s event featured extra competitions, including a hole-in-one contest where golfers had the chance to win a car.
