LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Las Vegas police lieutenant is facing a DUI charge after a crash just north of the California state line last month, according to an arrest report.
Joseph Winn Jr. was arrested on July 1 after two Nevada state troopers found a Cadillac SUV rolled over in the desert near State Route 604, mile marker 1.
