Columbus man sentenced to 10 years in prison for meth sale in Parkersburg

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WTAP) – Enouch Jairus Kermue, 37, of Columbus, Ohio, was sentenced today to 10 years in prison for distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. He will serve five years of supervised release after leaving prison.

Kermue was born in Liberia and is not a U.S. citizen. He has a final order requiring him to leave the country and will be turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after his criminal case is finished.

According to documents and statements, Kermue sold about 212 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant on Nov. 24, 2024. The sale took place in a vehicle parked outside a Parkersburg, West Virginia, business…
