ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Fewer than 900 Escambia County public school teachers will qualify for a state-mandated pay raise this year. That’s according to the teachers’ union.
The money will come from Florida’s Teacher Salary Increase Allocation or TSIA funds.
