EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office said they need the public’s help locating a wanted man.
Law enforcement said Kareem Felder has warrants for his arrest in reference to an armed robbery and aggravated assault that happened on July 30 in south Effingham County.
