SEATTLE — Charges have been filed against all three suspects prosecutors say were at the scene when someone shot at a plainclothes officer in South Seattle on Aug. 12.
Though the two adult men and 17-year-old boy were charged in the case, additional charges are possible pending forensic tests.
On Thursday, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged 20-year-old Jose Cortez-Aguayo with attempted second-degree robbery. His bail was set at $500,000.
