PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A security guard was struck by a driver near the site of the demolished Centennial Mills building early Friday morning, Portland Police said, adding that officers took the driver into custody.
The incident started shortly before 4 a.m. with reports of an “unwanted person” in the 1500 block of Naito Parkway, in the area that is closed off for the demolishing of the burned out Centennial Mills building.
