FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Three people, including a 17-year-old, were arrested after a shooting near an apartment complex in Fairfax County overnight.
The Fairfax County Police Department told DC News Now that the shooting broke out near Birch Run Circle and Elm Tree Drive, near the Herndon and Reston area on Aug. 19. This is near the Woodland Park Apartments and Woodland Park Crossing center.
