BOWIE, Md. – A Maryland father is facing multiple charges after allegedly shooting his girlfriend and mother of his six kids during an argument over school supplies, court documents revealed.

Kimball Hinton, 41, was arrested on the front lawn of his Bowie home in the 8500 block of Myrtle Avenue Thursday evening after he allegedly shot the 38-year-old mother in the head as she was sitting on her bed holding their 2-month-old.
