COLUMBIA, S.C. — A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for the Midlands through this evening as strong to severe thunderstorms continue to develop across the region.
Storms have already fired up across parts of the Midlands, with a handful of Severe Thunderstorm Warnings issued as some storms have intensified.
Damaging wind gusts and flash flooding remain the primary concerns through this evening, although some hail cannot be ruled out.
