CANYON, Texas (KVII) — A California teenager accused of destroying messages connected to a planned Fourth of July attack in Canyon was extradited to Randall County.
Kristina Maria Partida, 18, was arrested last month in Gardena, California, after a Randall County grand jury indicted her on charges of hindering the prosecution of terrorism and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
