A Dallas Center man was arrested on a Polk County warrant Aug. 8 in connection with a June incident in which he allegedly assaulted a woman in Grimes.
Aydan Alan Poe, 18, of 29323 240th St., Dallas Center, was charged with willful injury causing bodily injury, first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness and false imprisonment.
The incident occurred June 15 at a residence in the 100 block of N.W. Eighth Street in Grimes, where Poe allegedly “shoved the victim in the bathroom, causing her to fall into the bathtub, causing a serious injury to the corner of her left eye,” according to court records…
