OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Dry conditions have prompted burn bans across much of Oklahoma, and now 40 counties are under restrictions.
Some of the counties under burn bans include Oklahoma, Logan, Cleveland and Canadian counties.
The following counties are currently under a burn ban:

- Haskell
- Le Flore
- Sequoyah
- Cherokee
- Adair
- Bryan
- Caddo
- Carter
- Coal
- Comanche
- Cotton
- Custer
- Dewey
- Garvin
- Harmon
- Harper
- Jackson
- Jefferson
- Kingfisher
- Kiowa
- Love
- Major
- Pottawatomie
- Stephens
- Texas
- Tillman
- Washita
- Woods
- Woodward
- Nowata
- Marshall
- Canadian
- Cleveland
- Grady
- Lincoln
- Logan
