CAHOKIA HEIGHTS, Ill. – School started Monday, but many parents are saying the district still won’t say when their children can attend.
It’s at the Cahokia Heights School District where parent Jada Spiller says there are hundreds of other children locked out.
Spiller said, “This neighborhood alone, I mean, there are still kids at my door throughout the daytime still playing with my kids. It’s like it’s still summertime.”…
