Glen Carbon police removed 19 living dogs from a home in the 200 block of Glen Carbon Road the morning of Aug. 21.
Police also found three dead dogs in the home, according to Coleen Greenlee, director of administration and technology for the Glen Carbon Police Department.
The home was the location of Trendy Tails and Training, which Greenlee said was operating without a business license. The home has been boarded up and condemned, she said. At least two trucks from PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services were at the home after 4 p.m. Aug. 21…
